One of the most satisfying experiences of your holiday should be a breakfast table, which has been prepared with love, and a hearty buffet breakfast complete with goodies and a variety of good food, which will help each day get off to a good start.
Breakfast is ready! Time to enjoy your breakfast. Between 7:30 and 9:30 a.m., we will be serving various speciality breads from the Alto Adige region, local butter, organic milk, speck, cheeses, preserves, jams, omelettes, yogurt with muesli & cornflakes, good coffee, fruit juice and water.
Speaking of which, if you want to leave early in the morning to head for the mountains or are taking a trip, we can prepare a small breakfast or packed lunch for you the evening before.
Rest is mandatory after an adventurous and exciting day in the mountains, and - obviously - so are refreshments! Make yourself comfortable in our pleasant dining room, in the conservatory or - on special request - in our Tyrolian pine "stube", and let us spoil you.
Breakfast is ready! Time to enjoy your dinner. Choose from a wide variety of fresh salads, between the two first and two second courses, and enjoy a tasty dessert.
The in-house restaurant serves traditional South Tyrolean specialities and Mediterranean dishes made from regional ingredients.
On request you can book half board and enjoy a multi-course dinner in the evening.
Vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free dishes are available on request.
Day guests are also welcome – please reserve a table in advance.
Don’t miss typical dumplings, speck and home-made apple strudel.
A fine selection of South Tyrolean wines perfectly complements the culinary delights.
